If you're in the market for a used MajorMUD system we strongly recommend checking with us first to verify that it is a legitimate licensed copy. Although we will do everything we can to help stop people from selling pirated systems or selling duplicate systems we are not the ones to bear the risk. You run the risk of buying pirated or hexed software with no support from Metropolis when buying with out checking the validity of the software. Even though eBay is a reputable company, not all the copies on there are legit - eBay has no way of verifying themselves if someone is selling stolen software. Sysops please notify us if you plan on selling your system on eBay or by other means. Buyers please verify the MajorMUD system before purchasing. It can save you a lot of headaches, time and money. If you are buying or selling a MajorMUD system please fill out the Metropolis Transfer of License Agreement form and return it by fax or by US Postal Mail. If a transfer is made without the Metropolis Transfer of License Agreement it will not be recognized by Metropolis Inc. and you will not receive technical support.
